第二届全球女性发展论坛暨纪念'95世妇会25周年学术研讨会将于2020年11月27日-28日在UG环球360官方网站举办。

本次论坛由UG环球360官方网站（全国妇联干部培训学院）主办，全球女性发展研究院承办。我院在2019年举办了第一届全球女性发展论坛，来自联合国教科文组织、联合国妇女署以及法国、尼泊尔、津巴布韦等7个国家的专家学者，与中国专家学者共同分享了国际妇女发展的实践经验和理论见解，探讨了新时代背景下全球女性可持续发展的路径。

第二届全球女性发展论坛包括开幕式、分论坛和对话交流三部分，视疫情状况采用线下会场研讨或线上研讨模式。现就“脱贫攻坚与妇女可持续发展”、“社会治理中的妇女参与”两个分论坛进行第二轮征稿。

一、脱贫攻坚与妇女可持续发展。“脱贫攻坚与妇女可持续发展”分论坛将结合我国脱贫攻坚全面收官，妇女发展进入新阶段的时代背景，探讨新时期妇女发展的有效路径，推动妇女全面可持续发展，为世界妇女发展贡献中国智慧和中国力量。

二、社会治理中的妇女参与。社会治理是国家治理的重要组成部分，妇女作为社会治理的重要主体，参与领域不断拓展，参与方式日趋多元，参与机制不断健全，但也面临着一些问题与困境。“社会治理中的妇女参与”分论坛将从多元视角探讨和分享各国妇女参与社会治理的探索与实践。

请有意参会的发言者就以上两个主题按要求提交相关材料。

稿件要求：

1、应征研究概要须为作者本人原创性研究成果。

2、研究概要约500字左右。

3、研究概要须附作者的简介（包括姓名、性别、就职单位、职务职称、研究方向）和联系方式。

在收到符合要求的研究概要后，论坛筹备工作组将通过组织评审委员会对稿件进行评审，2020年10月31日前对研究概要选用的作者发出正式的参会邀请函。

Call for Papers for the 2nd Global Conference on Women’s Development & the 25th Anniversary of the 1995 World Women’s Conference

The Second Global Conference on Women’s Development & the 25th Anniversary of the 1995 World Women’s Conference will be held at China Women’s University from Nov 27th to 28^th , 2020.

The conference is hosted by China Women’s University, and organized by the Global Women’s Development Institute, a multi-disciplinary comprehensive research institution committed to promoting gender equality and women’s sustainable development. The first Global Conference on Women’s Development was held in Beijing in 2019. Experts and scholars from China, France, Nepal, Zimbabwe and other seven countries discussed the path of global women’s sustainable development.

We warmly welcome experts and scholars to contribute to this great academic event. Research in any of two areas listed below or related areas are welcomed:

1. Poverty alleviation and women's sustainable development. The sub forum of "poverty alleviation and women's sustainable development" will explore the effective path of women's development in the new era, promote women's comprehensive and sustainable development, and contribute China's wisdom and strength to the world's women's development.

2. Women's participation in social governance. Social management is an important part of national governance, and women’s participation and contribution to social management has increased with diversified ways and improved mechanisms. However, they are also facing some challenges. The sub-forum ‘Women’s Participation in Social Governance’ will share and discuss the exploration and practice on women’s participation in social management in different countries and regions from multiple perspectives.

The authors of outstanding research summary will be invited to deliver keynote speeches at the sub-forum. Please submit relevant materials on time as follows:

1.The paper must be the original research of the author.

2.The rearch summary is about 500 words.

3.The abstract should be attached with the author's brief introduction (including name, institutional affiliation of the author, title, research direction, email address ,and telephone number ).

After receiving the research summary, the academic committee of the conference will review and issue a formal invitation letter to the authors of excellent research by October 31, 2020.

The forum will adopt field discussion or online discussion mode depending on the situation of COVID-19.
